El nuevo reglamento de la Uni\u00f3n Europea pretende normalizar el tratamiento de datos personales por parte de empresas privadas y organismos p\u00fablicos en toda la UE. Con ello se pretende, por un lado, asegurar la protecci\u00f3n de los datos personales dentro de la Uni\u00f3n Europea y, por otro, garantizar la libre circulaci\u00f3n de datos dentro del Mercado \u00danico Europeo.  <\/p>\n<p>O<strong>bjetivos del nuevo<\/strong> RGPD El objetivo del nuevo Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos es garantizar que los datos personales est\u00e9n protegidos de la mejor manera posible y evitar su divulgaci\u00f3n (no deseada) a terceros.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, se pretende crear la mayor transparencia posible en relaci\u00f3n con el almacenamiento de datos personales.
