The EU’s current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on May 25. The new European Union regulation aims to standardize the processing of personal data by private companies and public bodies across the EU. This is intended to ensure the protection of personal data within the European Union on the one hand and to guarantee the free movement of data within the European Single Market on the other. <\/p>\n

Objectives of the new GDPR<\/strong>
\nThe aim of the new General Data Protection Regulation is to ensure that personal data is protected in the best possible way and that it is not (unintentionally) passed on to third parties. In addition, the greatest possible transparency is to be created regarding the storage of personal data.

We have also published the corresponding guidelines for tourinfra<\/a> <\/strong>implemented. The conversion of our tour modules to https \/ SSL encryption already took place in fall 2017. Further adjustments were made to the transfer of tour data to partners. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
