[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Goldsteig has been a “Wanderbares Deutschland” quality trail since 2007 and was successfully recertified for the second time in 2013. The trail is also a member of the “Top Trails of Germany”, making it one of the best and most beautiful long-distance hiking trails in Germany. <\/p>\n

Since this year, the trail’s total length of over 660 kilometers has been made possible with the help of tourinfra\u00ae<\/a><\/strong> to manage the trail. Michael K\u00f6rner and his team from the East Bavarian Tourism Association have been working for two months to manage the entire infrastructure of the Goldsteig with tourinfra\u00ae<\/a><\/strong> systematically and to maintain it in the long term. <\/p>\n

For this work, tourinfra developed its own signage template for the Goldsteig. It enables quick and comprehensible signposting of the entire trail. The flexible system will also be used for the Danube Panorama Trail in the future. The signposting of the Goldsteig using tourinfra<\/a>\u00ae<\/a><\/strong> should serve as a model for the whole of Eastern Bavaria. In the cycling sector tourinfra<\/a>\u00ae<\/a> <\/strong>is being used successfully on the Cycle Tour of Eastern Bavaria and the Five Rivers Cycle Route. <\/p>\n
