The Fichtelgebirge relies on green-solutions <\/a>and switches map production to custom maps <\/a>!<\/p>\n

The current Bike Guide<\/strong> 16\/17 – a small flip page catalog – covers the area of Bischofsgr\u00fcn, Fichtelberg, Mehlmeisel and Warmensteinach and provides mountain bikers, road cyclists and families with the best information about the region’s bike routes. Our custom maps<\/a> were used for the cartography, i.e. the bike map was created on the basis of OSM data (OpenStreetMap) in a tailor-made map layout for the customer. Guests will find color-coded tours with elevation profiles created by green-solutions<\/a>. By categorizing the tours into “easy”, “medium” and “difficult”, every guest can quickly find the tour that suits them best. And for those who prefer it digital: with the help of a printed QR code, everyone can get all the information and data about the tours on their smartphone. <\/p>\n

A great bonus of this bike guide is the overview map with rental and battery charging stations. Important information is provided at a glance. The Bike Guide also provides another special service: The rental mountain bikes and rental e-bikes are shown with pictures and prices, so guests can immediately get an idea of which bike they would like to explore the area on. <\/p>\n

If the tour gets too long along the way, the tour booklet provides detailed information about a pick-up and drop-off service as well as information about the Fichtelgebirge cycle bus.<\/p>\n

The GPX files for the tours were supplied by the client and entered as tours in our tourinfra\u00ae<\/a>.<\/p>\n
